Cancellation Policy
We use the honor system. When you make a reservation we reserve time exclusively for you. If you must cancel your appointment.

Please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time so we can schedule another client to take your place.

For group of 4 or more please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid being charged.
|
|
Your credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
This applies only when
1. You book 3 person/ 3hours or more.
2. You have a record of "no-shows", last minute cancellations or cancellation less than 3 hours and we are unable to fill your time slot. You will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold your next appointment .

Cancellation fee is $25 per hour/per person. |
Late Policy
Our goal is to provide the most flexible, reasonable and fair business practices. When you arrive late, you will receive a full session if there is no appointment scheduled immediately after your scheduled time. However, if another session is scheduled to start immediately, your session will be cut short and, depending upon the situation we may give a partial refund.
Gift Certificates Policy

E-Gift Certificates are not instant delivery. It will take up to 24 hours delivery by e-mail. If you need the gift certificate right away please call us at 415-644-0808 during our business hour is 10:00 am. to 8:00 pm. 7 days a week. We will be able to expedite.

Gift certificates are not refundable but are transferable and can be exchange for other services at the value.

|
The certificate must be presented at time of check-in.
|
|
No credit or change will be given on unused portion of certificate.
|
|
May be replaceable if provided a proof of purchase. |
